Online Rehab Consultation

After your free discovery call, we may determine that you would benefit from my help in a limited capacity. This 60-90 minute online consultation gives us a chance to address your questions and concerns, and gain clarity on starting or continuing training around pain or improving health and fitness after an injury.

Note: This is a one-time session for general rehab guidance and training recommendations; it does not include a detailed, personalized exercise program or follow-up visits.

  • A private, quiet place without distractions

 

Online Rehab Coaching

After the discovery call, you'll start with an initial 60-90 minute consultation. This includes a detailed discussion of your health concerns, a movement screen focusing on problem areas, and collaborating to create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals.

You’ll receive education and lifestyle modification recommendations tailored to your situation, and a personalized exercise program for you to follow for 4 weeks.

After the initial session, I’ll check in with you weekly to answer any questions and make any necessary adjustments to your exercise program.

Follow-up visits are scheduled based on your needs. Most clients book once every 4 weeks, but additional sessions can be arranged as needed for an extra fee.

Online Fitness Coaching

Whether your goal is to return to a recreational sport, build strength, reduce injury risk, or safely resume fitness after an injury, a personalized exercise plan from a physical therapist could be the perfect fit. Many rehab coaching clients transition to this service after getting a good handle on how to manage their pain or injury.

If you’re new to Fortitude, this service includes a 60-90 minute 1:1 video call to discuss your health goals, assess your movement, and identify any limitations. Together, we’ll create a tailored fitness program and wellness plan to help you achieve your goals and optimize your health.

After the initial session, I’ll check in with you weekly to answer any questions and make any necessary adjustments to your exercise program.
